DayTraders is a mobile-first financial intelligence dashboard focused on the Thai market (SET) and global context. It combines market data, technical analysis, paper trading, and educational material on value investing and risk management.

The site is operated by Dr Non Arkaraprasertkul as an educational and research project. It is not a broker, not a fund manager, and not a licensed securities adviser under Thai law or any other jurisdiction.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Permitted use. You may browse, learn, and use the paper-trading simulator for personal, non-commercial education. You may share links to public pages.

Prohibited use. You may not scrape the site at scale, reverse-engineer it to replicate the product, remove attribution, misrepresent the data as live exchange feeds when it is simulated, or use the dashboard to solicit clients as if it were a licensed advisory service.

Availability. The dashboard is provided as-is. Features, data sources, and URLs may change without notice. There is no uptime guarantee.

Third-party data. Market and macro figures are aggregated from public and licensed APIs (Yahoo Finance, FRED, Bank of Thailand, GDELT, and others). Their accuracy, timeliness, and licensing terms are governed by those providers — not by this dashboard.

Governing law. These terms are intended to be read under the laws of Thailand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.

This dashboard teaches how to read markets — it does not tell you what to buy or sell.

Not investment advice. Nothing on DayTraders constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Signals, scores, regime labels, Graham numbers, and position-size calculations are illustrative outputs of stated formulas — not recommendations tailored to your circumstances.

Paper trading only. The simulator uses virtual money. Trades shown there do not execute on the Stock Exchange of Thailand or any real brokerage. Past simulated performance does not predict future results.

Mock and fallback data. When API keys are absent or a feed fails, the app renders from curated mock data so the interface remains usable. Mock surfaces are labelled in the Data Integrity ledger. Do not treat mock prices as market truth.

Past performance. Historical charts, backtests, and correlation panels describe what already happened. Markets change regime; models that fit the past can fail silently in the future.

Your decisions are yours. Consult a licensed professional before committing real capital. The operator accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on this site.

Correlation is not causation. Event timelines, Granger tests, correlation matrices, and sentiment overlays show statistical association — not proof that one thing caused another. This disclaimer is load-bearing across the product and is not optional.

Models have limits. Technical indicators, regime classifiers, and AI-generated summaries simplify a complex system. Each carries documented limitations in the Data Integrity ledger.

Delayed or incomplete data. Free-tier APIs may lag exchange prints. Satellite, news, and macro series update on different cadences. Timestamps and source labels are shown where possible.

No edge guarantee. A high confidence score on a signal is a internal consistency check — not a promise of profit.

Owner. The DayTraders dashboard — including its source code, visual design, editorial content, data presentations, and documentation — is owned by Dr Non Arkaraprasertkul (non@nonarkara.org) unless otherwise noted.

Trademark. DAYTRADERS and the associated wordmark (including the red-anchor identity marker in the navigation) are brand identifiers for this project. Unauthorised use in competing products or misleading contexts is not permitted.

Third-party materials. Market data, fonts, and open-source libraries remain subject to their respective licences. Attribution is preserved in project documentation where required.

Reproduction. No copying, republication, or commercial reuse of the design system, copy, or code without written permission. Linking to the live site is welcome.

What we collect. We do not operate user accounts and do not ask for national ID, address, or phone number. The following may be stored locally in your browser:

• Investment profile and watchlist (siam_markets_profile)
• Paper-trading portfolio (siam_sim_portfolio)
• Holdings and planner inputs (siam_portfolio_v1, plan_profile, portfolio_total_value)
• Fund selections, language, and theme preferences
• Dismissal flags for optional UI strips

A name field inside the local profile is optional and never transmitted to our servers by default.

Purpose. To remember your settings, power the paper-trading journal, and personalise layout density. Local data is processed on your device for your convenience only.

Analytics. When public Firebase configuration keys are present, anonymous page-view events (route path only) may be sent to Google Firebase Analytics. No advertising pixels, Meta Pixel, or cross-site tracking cookies are deployed by this project. If keys are absent, analytics calls are no-ops.

External APIs. Fetching live market data contacts third-party servers, which may log your IP address under their own privacy policies.

Retention. Local data persists until you clear browser storage. Server-side analytics retention follows Google Firebase default policies when enabled.

Your rights (PDPA). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Because most data never leaves your device, clearing site data in your browser is usually sufficient. Contact us for any request we cannot fulfil locally.

AI features. When enabled, market summaries may be processed through language models. No personally identifiable information is intentionally transmitted.
